Bicycle Tour & General Information:

✅ Show up and ride
✅ Mileage is listed under each trip for each day
✅ No tipping (Vacation Bicycling has a strict no tipping policy)
✅ The price listed for each trip is the price you pay with no hidden charges, taxes or additional fees
During the ride:
✅ SAG (Support and Gear) vehicle and leaders are always on or close by the route supporting the daily ride
✅ All Vacation Bicycling leaders are certified by the National CPR Foundation (NCPF) and all trips have medical contingency plans
✅ Leaders always have their cell phones ready for calls in case of any question or problem each day
✅ All bicycles will be tagged with Apple Air Tags using Bluetooth and Ultra Wideband (UWB) to help monitor each rider each day
✅ In case rain or a strong headwind is forecast for the day's route, we can normally substitute/swap in another day's route (for rides where we stay at the same hotel throughout the tour)
✅ Small initial deposit or pay in full with a credit card
